Connecting Ironclad

You'll be able to connect the Ironclad integration to Lumos and resolve common connection issues.

Note that we have 4 versions of the IronClad connector. Only the OAuth version will work, the API token method has been deprecated by IronClad.

Required plan & roles

Please make sure that you have the Company Administrator role. Only Company Admins can set up OAuth integration with Ironclad.

Instructions

In Ironclad

1. Log in to Ironclad.

2. On the Ironclad homepage, find the Company Name listed in the top left of the screen. You'll use this for the Instance Name value in Lumos.

In Lumos

  1. Find the Ironclad card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

  2. Choose the version you want to connect, Sandbox OAuth or Production OAuth.

  3. Click the Connect button below to start the OAuth connection process with Ironclad.

  4. Click Connect Ironclad.
